Returns or Exchanges

Items may be returned during the first 30 days after shipment, for credit as follows:

A. Factory Defect or Error
Full return, full credit, including original shipping and handling OR replacement shipment at no charge (customer is responsible for return shipping charges).

B. Customized Products
There is a 30 DAY period to Return, Exchange, or receive a Refund on non-logoed and non-embroidered items. If an item is returned for any reason other than a defect in material or workmanship, there will be a 20% restocking charge in addition to the customer paying the cost of shipping the item back to us.
All Returned and Exchanged merchandise must be in new, resalable, unused, undamaged condition, securely and correctly repacked in original box & packing materials. A valid Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required and must appear in black ink on the return address label.
NO Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges for: Items with logos, monograms, or embroidery Damaged, abused, misused or incorrectly packed items Any custom made car cover by customer supplied dimensions Special order Premium colors not normally stocked, but ordered at your request We reserve the right to reject a Return, Refund, or Exchange if the customer fails to follow the proper return procedures, the item remains in the customer’s possession, customer fails to prove error in monogramming and logos, customer refuses to pay shipping costs, or the item is returned after 30 days. We reserve the right to inspect all claimed defective returns. In the event the product is determined to be non-factory defective a credit will be issued for the amount of the merchandise only, not to include any additional shipping cost incurred. C. Waterproof Cover Returns The Returns Department will review your submission and contact you. If approved, they will send you an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number and inform you of the next steps. In order to complete a return, the product must be uninstalled and placed in the original packaging. The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees and order is subject to a $60 restocking fee. D. Closeouts Sale of closeout items are final. Only defective closeout items may be returned for credit. E. Customer Ordering Error Please contact 0424 254 929 F. Return Credit All credit card purchases that qualify for a refund will be credited to the same credit card account that was charged in the original purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Covers4carlovers warranty coverage protects against defects in material and workmanship, as well as the fabric becoming unserviceable during normal use. After factory inspection, at its option, Covers4carlovers will repair or replace the unit or specific panels or parts judged to be unusable. Warranty does not cover fading, which occurs naturally on all products used outdoors, or weather resistance of fabric. For warranty inquiries, please contact Customer Service.
